Millard & Flo provided combined, full-service Interior Architecture & Design and Lighting Design for this complete gut-renovation & extension project in Padstow.

The unassuming facade of the cottage was retained & restored, whilst the rear of the property was completely remodelled & extended with a two-storey extension by the architect, designed around a sunken courtyard to allow a much larger living space and for natural light to flood the new Kitchen/ Dining space and Master Bedroom suite.

The M&F scope of work included all interior architecture and room planning, new internal fireplace & staircase design, all internal floor & wall finishes, bespoke kitchen & bathroom designs, cabinetry & custom furniture design, ironmongery & hardware, FF&E specification, comprehensive & specialist lighting design, architectural & decorative fittings specification, and full technical support for the electrical contractors on site.
