Millard & Flo was founded in 2011 by Interior Designer, Flo Millard and specialist Lighting Designer, Chris Millard. The couple relocated to Cornwall from London where they had worked in industrial, furniture & architectural (Flo) & lighting design (Chris) studios.
The multi-disciplinary design studio is based in Rock, on the north coast of Cornwall. With a flexible & tailored approach, the design team collaborates on a range of private residential projects, from complete gut-renovations, to ground-up, new-build properties across Cornwall and the South West, as well as select projects across the UK and Internationally.

Husband & wife team, Chris & Flo Millard, founded their multi-disciplinary design studio, Millard & Flo, in 2011, having relocated from London where they worked in industrial, furniture & architectural (Flo) and lighting (Chris) design studios.
The studio provides bespoke Lighting & Interior Design for select private residential clients, with projects ranging from ground-up new-build homes to full gut-renovations, both collaboratively and singularly.
Despite the demands of an exacting clientele, Chris and Flo maintain a refreshingly collaborative, personal and relaxed approach to design. Their service draws on a wealth of knowledge, skill and a bulging contact book from their connections both locally and internationally, whilst also offering their out-of-county clients the benefit of a designer who is local to site for key areas such as Rock, Polzeath, Padstow and Mawgan Porth, with an extensive knowledge of the best of Cornwall’s craftspeople, suppliers, artists & contacts.

With almost two decades of experience, Chris supports a network of local architects, contractors, interior designers and clients with specialist architectural lighting design & specification and a wealth of technical expertise.
INTERIORS
Co-Founder, Flo Millard, is Director of Interior Design at Millard & Flo.
The interior design team provides comprehensive, full-service interior design to private residential projects, including select new-build properties to complete gut-renovations of historic homes. Bringing with it a unique wealth of knowledge, technical expertise, a bulging contact book and a distinct aesthetic.
