Working alongside a team of expert architects & contractors, Millard & Flo provided combined, full-service Interior Design & Lighting Design to the Two-Family House new-build project in Mawgan Porth, North Cornwall.

The scope enveloped all aspects of the interior design of the beach-front home, including all internal finishes, cabinetry & custom furniture design, comprehensive FF&E specification & procurement, decorative lighting specification and turnkey styling.

Millard & Flo also provided specialist internal & external Lighting Design, including comprehensive lighting plans, architectural fittings specification, and full technical support for the electrical contractors on site.

Two-Family House has recently been awarded a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) South West & Wessex Award 2025.

The judges cited “…Internally the finely executed and orchestrated stone, timber and plaster finishes create subtle transitions between spaces, punctuated with clear thresholds between rooms and the pivotal central hub."
