Working alongside a team of expert architects + contractors, Millard & Flo provided combined, full-service design to this impressive new-build beach house in the exclusive village of Mawgan Porth, in North Cornwall.

The full-service scope enveloped all aspects of the interior + lighting design of the home, including all internal finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, custom joinery + furniture design, FF&E, decorative lighting, furniture procurement, vintage + antique furniture and artwork sourcing, logistics and turnkey styling. A bespoke interior and exterior lighting design scheme was also designed, including architectural + decorative fittings specification and full technical support.

Two-Family House has been awarded a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) South West & Wessex Award 2025.

The judges cited “…Internally the finely executed and orchestrated stone, timber and plaster finishes create subtle transitions between spaces, punctuated with clear thresholds between rooms and the pivotal central hub."
