Overlooking Fowey, an extensive renovation and refurbishment of an oak-framed waterfront property in Polruan, Cornwall. Space planning & considered reconfiguration of the internal spaces complemented a bespoke design scheme including kitchen & sanitaryware, all internal finishes, tailored FF&E specification, alongside a complementary lighting design scheme & complete re-wire.

A custom kitchen pantry & bespoke joinery sit among layers of painted timber panelling & vintage pieces. Whilst access to the site was on-foot or by barge creating unique and exciting challenges for the project.
